The WC Brewery in Chester is one of the smallest commercial breweries in the country, with the brewing plant based in a private house in the outlying village of Mickle Trafford.  We are firm believers though that it's not the size of your equipment that counts but how you use it, and we are rightly proud of our much sought after hand-crafted beers.  Our quality ales are made from only the finest malts, whole hops, yeast and our own water.

On the beers page of the website you will find details of our regular, seasonal and special ales.  The pubs page hosts reviews of all the pubs in Chester city centre and immediate surrounds, whilst the links page has a list of various other sites to visit that may or may not be of interest to you.  We like them anyway.

Our exclusive ales are generally brewed to order and are supplied mainly to local pubs and beer festivals.  If you would like to order any then please get in touch via the contact page and we'll be happy to give you an idea of how long it would take us to squeeze some liquid out for you.

Finally we are obliged to issue a warning about sensible drinking - Excessive use of alcohol can be extremely dangerous if you are pregnant, operating heavy machinery, or putting a chip pan on after closing time. Best be safe and go for a kebab instead.

Bottoms up!
